There are no restrictions like Car D, and it is an eccentric card that allows you to draw 2 under the light condition of using only cards in the Deck, which are not directly related to card advantage, as a cost.
It's clearly powerful as it's just Pot of Greed if nothing bad happens at the cost of 10 decks.
The probability of an inconvenience due to that cost depends on the deck, but of course the probability is quite low for decks that stack 3 of the search target parts,
Even if there are only a few parts in the deck, it can be handled by searching in advance. There is a good chance that you will end up with no major damage.
Furthermore, the removed 10 cards are not completely sealed, and can be recalled as long as the deck can produce Ω.
So in most cases the player who used it gets a simple one like Pot of Greed.
Personally, I honestly think this card is a failure that can't be called a good adjustment...
