The stats and levels are full of last boss feeling, but it's a rare character and it feels a little stupid...
In Kozmo, it cannot be revived because it has a heretical Special Summon condition and can only be issued by a method like a ritual summon that does not use a Ritual Spell.
The cost is heavy and I can't do it unless I cut the same name.
As long as he has 4000 attack and defense, target resistance and cost, he is quite strong as a Spell negate that can be used any number of times in one turn and the last boss, but he does not meet the Special Summon conditions at all regarding Spell negate and demands the exclusion of GY's Kozmo. If you just put it out, you can't use it at all.
If used well, it is powerful, but it is also difficult to use, so if you just put it in, it will cause an accident, so if you use it, you want to build it closer to the exclusive use.
