It's hard to tell from the look of the motif, but judging from the name, it might be a space monster like Space Godzilla or Gigan.
Along with Thunder the King, he has the highest ATK in Kaiju and the highest total stats. I think this card is useful in that he destroys Kaiju when he special summons on the opponent's field.
In addition to Kaiju's common effect, this card's unique 4 effect negates the activation of the effect "targeting only one card" by removing his Kaiju counter, and destroys cards on the field. The drawback is that it only targets +1, which requires a lot of counters, so the range that can be blocked is surprisingly narrow. I think that attacker operation is a safe place.
