Because this card is made from various different types of Bismagia, this card also has quite anomalous effects compared to other fusions.
The effect is Sacrifice, which raises the defensive power of the opponent's turn and Effect Monsters only. It can't absorb Normal Monsters, so you need to be careful with Blue-Eyed, Bramage, and Mirror Matches, but there are still many decks that don't include Normal Monsters, so it's an excellent check. It can also be used like a definite removal by fusion summoning it during your opponent's turn with Fullmetalfoes Fusion. It also has a pseudo-super-fusion-like effect that allows you to use the opponent's equipped monster as a fusion material, so depending on the Deck, it can be quite annoying.
It's a bit painful to overwhelm the field with wall monsters with ATK 0, but it's a reliable card that polishes Metalfoes' powerful advance deployment. In addition to various Metalfoes, Goufu tokens can also be used for Normal Monsters that are materials.
