This top rare card is said to have given a further booster to the game that goes first.
It is a card that makes Special Summon impossible for the declared type of monster, and for some reason it also has the effect of negate that type of monster, so it is hard to rot even though it has a strong binding force.
In particular, it is extremely strong against fusion and rituals, and most of the fusions are of the type that form chains, and since rituals come out with special summons that form chains without exception, you can stop them after using cards that special summon.
I can't deny that this card has no cost, no activation conditions, and a free chain, which is a bit overkill.
The downside is that it's not as effective as a main deck or a deck that can flexibly use multiple types of Special Summons, but even with a deck that uses multiple summoning methods, it's less effective if you pull in the starting point or move to act as a must counter. That's unlikely, so I think the real weakness is that it's only the main and the effect is weak against strong decks, but...
