The Galaxy Eyes X Monster effect itself is powerful, but even if you don't force yourself to use it, you won't be unable to fight, so you can at least find the cost for this card.
However, the effect of the Galaxy Eyes you put out cannot be used. It's difficult to make it hit as it is, so class change to FA Photon or Dark Matter is essential.
However, the big problem with this card is its activation conditions. Galaxy-Eyes X monsters have the lowest ATK among Space-Time Dragon and Lightwave Dragon, but he boasts an ATK of 3000, so monsters that surpass it are quite limited. It's a thorny road to expect the opponent to play it, and the lack of RBI should be solved by switching to FA Photon or Dark Matter instead of this card. Conversely, if FA Photon or Dark Matter can't solve the problem, it's impossible to increase it with this card.
Unless his easy-to-use Cipher X monster appears, or 《Cipher Interference》doesn't become OCG, it will have no use.
