One of the level monsters, the final form of the Silent Swordsman series.
Unlike Horus and others, he can negate even Continuous Spells and Field Spells because he is already in play. Since it's a permanent effect, it doesn't get on the chain either.
The weak point is that it is too powerful and the blocking effect extends to your own army.
There is no resistance, but it is possible to grant resistance with the sword of silence, which is an effect that does not negate the activation and effects for this card.
Also, the P card can negate the P effect, but the Pendulum Scale itself is not negate. This is a drawback that may allow the opponent to P summon, but since you can also P summon yourself, there are advantages and disadvantages.
It used to be a hard card to get out, but now it's easier to get out of Silent Swordsman.
