It is so weak even though it has Search, Interference and Salvage in one card.
The effect of (1) is not compatible with the new Swordsman/Magician, and searches the Deck for lower grades before the remake. As he continues to level up, he can still use his deck, but most of the time the duel ends while he's doing that. At this point, I doubt Konami's motivation.
The effect of (2) is not particularly weak. However, her spell, which targets only one opponent's monster, is almost useless in the current environment. Since it's low stats in the first place, it's a punchline to get hit without using spells.
The (3) effect salvages her GY LV monsters. Don't miss the timing, but it's slow due to the other party.
Ultimate is status. 500/1500 is a weak number even if it is a star 3. Moreover, with Fairy, it is not possible to support new swordsmen and magicians, and the search method is poor, so it cannot be expected as an engine to rotate the deck.
And so far, I've made a terrible evaluation, but only the illustration ad is high.
