…yes? What can this revive?
A card that was probably designed in combination with Yugi Strak two weeks later.
Resurrection restrictions and summoning conditions cannot be ignored, so I guess it means that you can use it for Special Summon monsters that can be revived if you go to GY.
You should be able to revive Magnet Valkyrion and his Magnet Berserion, so maybe consider using it in Magnet Warrior?
When you think of Rock and Special Summon, Mega Rock, Gaia Plate, and Block Dragon come to mind, but it's sad that they're annihilated (Mega Rock and Block only have self-effects in summoning conditions, and Gaia Plate can Normal Summon). I couldn't get around to investigating the Machine...
The appeal of this card is that it can revive Special Summon cards, but you can revive Synchro and Xyz without forcing it to match them, so use it flexibly.
