I feel like it's the other person who will cut my life.
Effect that "After the effect is activated, the number of cards in your hand will be reduced to 3". So, if you have no cards in your hand (only this card), you can draw 3 cards.
So, I guess it's basic to fulfill the activation conditions of this card while preparing for the opponent's turn by laying down your hand.
With his full Spell/Trap zone, he relentlessly shuts down all sorts of actions, including removal.
Instead, there is a restriction that Special Summon cannot be performed on the activation turn.
However, Yosenju and meta Qliphort who rarely use Special Summon, Artifact who doesn't use Special Summon on their own turn, Wallburn and his Volcanic Burn who don't fight in the first place with guns down don't work as a disadvantage, so I feel that it works well.
Weirdly, M-HERO and Bramage, which don't perform Special Summon on the first turn (high possibility).
