Even in the anime, it was just a matter of avoiding a crisis and connecting him to the Pendulum, so it's a question mark when it's called super, but Magician has a high rarity every time, so that's the flow.
In a situation where he can't use spell cards due to the deceased Ruler, etc., it might be quite an acrobatics if he can forcibly fly to the P zone with Special Summon and suicide attack.
That said, there are quite a lot of things to lose for that, and since you can't do a Pendulum Summon with just this card, I feel like this acrobatics doesn't make much sense.
The Pendulum effect can be put into play in the flow if combined with Pendulum Magic or 《Sky Iris》, but since it is level 5 and its ability is also low, it becomes a problem how to use it after it is used.
Scale 2 in Magician also has a Shiryu, so it's undeniable that this card's unique role is weak and it feels like a miss...
