First of all, except for most themes where the opponent is banished, I feel like "a scene where a spell card is banished" is a rarity...
Even more so, I don't think there are many ways to put a spell card into his GY (intentionally), such as using 《Left Arm Offering》...
Is it easier to meet the conditions if it is a "Spell card that he can activate from GY by removing this card from GY"?

Exclude anyway like "Infernoid"! Use 《Left Arm Offering》to exclude! ! Activate by excluding his spell card in GY! ! ! If it is a theme, there should be not a few "scenes where spell cards are excluded". (but I wouldn't say many)
And the timing at which it can be activated is quite limited [when his Synchro Monster is destroyed by the opponent and sent to his GY].
If your theme doesn't use his Synchro Monster, you can never activate it.
