In terms of illustration, I think it's designed as a super heavy support card where there is no restriction that you can't use the effect of the one that activates after excluding the turn that fell into GY, which is common.
Why is this card with such a strange ruling that if a person who has a fixed attack target disappears from the field after being killed, none of the opponents will be able to attack?
The great people came up with the idea of using Mr. Omega, who is the most convenient one to remove from the field and return to the exclusion, to set an infinite attack lock.
There is no doubt that it is an unreasonable combo as bad as the theory that it is bad not to hold it although there is a loophole.
