A ridiculous card where the target of Soul Charge is limited to 2 cards, but the destination is his Deck.
However, there is no such sweet story because it is a solcha, 2000 LP cost, no battle, no special summon after activation, the monster you drag out must have the same race, level, and attributes as the target monster, and must have the same name. It's pretty tough and can't be used as lightly as Sorcha, so I choose Deck quite a bit.
