I don't know... I've thought about it since it first appeared, but I get the impression that it's a card that's difficult to use.
The effect is basically a double attack, but it doesn't attack the opponent directly, and due to the characteristics of the effect, it can't reduce the number of opponent's monsters, and there is a risk that the effect that activates when destroyed can be activated again.
Furthermore, if you build a Fish Deck with 《Xyz Remora》as the main summoning support of this card, you will probably put in very excellent Fish monsters 《Silent Angler》and 《Double Fin Shark》as rank 4 materials. However, it is said that the fact that Shark Drake's effect of Special Summoning the opponent's monsters in vain is caught in the Special Summon limit of the above two bodies makes it slightly impossible to make a combo, which is also said to reduce the practicality of this card. I can't help it.
It's by no means weak as a single unit, but it's a subtle performance when asked if it meets the summoning conditions of level 4 x 3.
