Fully backward compatible with Rush that came from overseas. See the wiki for the special rules recommended by the first recording pack.
My guess is that the game balance under special rules might have been taken into consideration, or that they wanted to include multiple compatible cards, but the performance was too much.
There's nothing better than the "Rush" that was reprinted at the same time, but it will be a teaching material that teaches beginners the difference between Quick-Play Spells and Trap cards.
However, when I came to Japan, Rush was not recorded at the same time, and Malebranche of the Burning Abyss and UA were rampant. ☆ To Ming... Why did you let me come to Japan?
