I really hope you don't, but if you want this card to have a purpose, I think you should put "This card can't Normal Summon" on Exodia Nekroz, or make it level 10 or something.
As for the parts, he's DARK, so it's not that he can't get them in GY, but just because he got them in GY, he can only get them from his hand, and he's called Special Summon.
If it's summoned, it's attack position, so I'm worried about the damage! ? Either way, 1800 attack and 0 defense isn't much different than a lower class! If it's the reverse of offense and defense, you can use the effect if you keep it face down.
