Strak New is still shady performance.
The 1st effect seems to be useful when you want to return the card you want to reuse, or when the effects of Aitere and Erebos are likely to become unusable, but it doesn't work well with the 2nd effect, and there are other effects that cost GY's removal of his King of Monarch.
