The signboard monster of Strak this time, there are sometimes disappointing signboards, but this card boasts high performance that lives up to the signboard.
First of all, when you succeed in Tribute Summon, send King Monarch to GY and bounce the opponent's card without targeting it, and cards that are more convenient to have in GY such as Shingen and Panshin. It can be sent to GY and doesn't target Deck Bounce, a brutal removal that can't be compared to Gaius, which does target exclusion, but it's more difficult to reuse than Deck Bounce, which means it doesn't target or excludes. In that sense, honestly, he might be stronger than Gaius.
The second effect is to replace one King of Monarch card in your hand with GY's Monarch. Thanks to this effect, it is so important that we can adjust the number of Monarchs in deck construction.
