I actually used it, and the combo with the cards in his enclosed deck is exquisite. However, since the effects in the first half are based on the premise of a combo, it can be said that it is a card that can be put into the Monarch Deck together with cards that are compatible with it, such as 《Pantheism of the Monarchs》and 《Tenacity of the Monarchs》. The second effect allows you to transform into a monster, and the cost is to banish one of his Monarch King Spell Trap cards, so it works well with "Idea". I think it's an excellent card with a well thought out combo with the new cards in the same Deck.
