Aside from the fact that it is a little troublesome to put out, it is a very powerful card. Even so, it's pretty dangerous for someone with a removal effect to come out as Hoi.
In Lightsworn, instead of killing Wolf with Raiden, you have to revive Raiden with Luminous.
Although there are restrictions on the tuning materials, there are no restrictions on the tuner itself, so it is possible to put out a level 3 tuner with Wolf or Lyra. Even Minerva and Wolf.
1000 LP is a fair amount of removal, which is pretty much top-notch removal. It goes without saying that it's powerful in banishment, but if I had to say it, it doesn't have the overwhelming destructive power of the Dragon of Judgment, so it's more like a 《Marauding Captain》that fights on the front lines rather than a finisher.
