There is no position to knock down. Even if it's overly cautious, it's a former restricted card...
Since it's a Counter Trap, it's brutal when combined with Artemis, and you end up in a funny situation where you draw during your opponent's draw phase.
Also, the underlying search effect in many decks is entirely negligible. Since it denies even greed and modesty, it can be expected to play a role as an anti-search meta along with Mind Crush.
Personally, I feel that this is a piece that may not end with permission, but the appearance of the new star "Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring" is likely to have a considerable impact. It's pretty close in what you're doing, so this card that requires a set just falls short in that area.
