This card is also one of the cards that clearly represents his preferential treatment of DARK. Even though it can only be used for targeted effects, the generosity of DARK in general deserves recognition.
It shuts out 《Compulsory Evacuation Device》and various monster effects. Compared to the old days, it feels like there are more effects that target, so is this card easier to use? Still, the reliability is one step inferior, so it's a no-cost anyway, so it's a piece that should be used sparingly. If you are stingy with it, you tend to end up not being able to use it, even considering there are a lot of removals.
