Hope this time has the effect of strangling the neck with floss. The direction is different from the previous Hope, but the murderous intent remains the same.
4000 hit points without the summoning reaction Trap is quite a lot, but the biggest highlight is the effect of blocking the activation of all the opponent's effects during the opponent's turn. It's an effect that can be said to be an upward compatibility with Shock Ruler, and just by playing this card, your opponent will become Tuna for up to 4 turns. It's not like there aren't countermeasures like Dragolich, Lavago, and Extortion, but that doesn't change the fact that you can't deploy for a single turn. If you have a bag, you can't even do that.
It has the most binding power among all the cards, but normal summoning consumes a tremendous amount of resources, and even if you stack it on Hope, it's difficult to search for the RUM, which is the key, and it's easy to cause accidents, so you can use Hope and other cards. Limited to some of his Decks? I don't think it will be adopted for environmental decks like infinity... but really.
