The raison d'être of this card is that it doesn't activate Flip Monster's "all effects" "anywhere". Its strength is that it can negate effects other than reverse, like Shaddoll's monsters.
From another point of view, his current flip monster is often enough without this, and it's easier to destroy it with back defense or not set it. In the future, if there are more monsters like Shaddoll, there will be more opportunities to play an active role.
However, since it's a Continuous Trap, it doesn't have immediate effect, and it's easily broken through by things like cyclones, so this alone isn't enough.
