By arranging it with 《Humid Winds》, the actual effect is of course, and the production will be decided beautifully.
The second effect may not be used much because it leaves a lot of gaps, but it is effective when the situation is deadlocked. You don't need to use it if your LP is much higher and you think you can win, but there will be times when you can't break through even though you have a decent amount of LP, so it's an effect that's worth having.
Both can only destroy face-up monsters, but if you use Defense Position, you can use Bergamot's piercing effect, or if you use Black Rose Dragon's effect, or if you use Trap or Spell, Canaan's bounce effect, Aroma is pretty versatile, so don't worry.
