Dracoslayer and Igknight, how is their relationship...
It requires a P-monster for its material effect, so you'll likely use it in his Pendulum Deck that can employ Tuner. Raster P is just a tuner, so you can use it.
The two effects can be used side by side, so if you use the summoned Raster P as the cost, it's a pretty good addition.
Using Raster P as a material, he is a Synchro Monster that can be used like Xyz. As a crackdown on EM Dracoslayer, it's been a while since it's been a long time since it's been a bit overkill.
However, EM Dracoslayer is broken by restrictions, and with the new rules, he is semi-restricted, coupled with the fact that his Pendulum takes a fatal hit. I thought it would probably be canceled as it is, but it did.
