It's a shit card that makes you want to say "yes, lightning, lightning," and if you're in trouble, you can just use this card.
It's an easy job to stack on Hope, so there's no restrictions, just line up two suitable 4s and they'll pop right out. It's funny, or just 2500 RBI Almades without the 2 effect is enough performance for a general purpose rank 4.
Whether it's a quasar or a god, you can easily defeat it by just arranging two 4s. You can't even die in an instant with a random ★ 4x2 without even being allowed to activate the effect.
It's an easy-to-use card, but it's a stupid card that can't be beaten when it's time for Ultimate or Chaos MAX. It seems like KONAMI is just making up an excuse for not wanting to admit the mistake of printing this card.
