Strong, just strong, that's all.
First of all, although the range is narrow, if it is a dedicated Deck, it is strong even in vanilla when 2700 RBIs fly under the same or even looser conditions. It's strange to say that, but the 2700 RBI that comes flying under this loose condition makes the destructive effect seem like a bonus, and it's scary. You can also force it out with or revive it with a resuscitation card.
The cost of the effect can be easily procured with used spheres, so it's hardly a concern, and although it's not as brutal as the Damned effect, considering the looseness of the summoning conditions, it's a powerful card that can be said to be a Damned exclusive to The Agent.
