Well, since other people have raised the basics, I will omit them.
The deck in which this card shines the most is... yes, Chain Burn!
The reason, of course, is that you can return Spells and Traps to his deck, draw 1 on top of that, and even free chain like Jar of Greed.
Chainburn has a lot of cards that I want to reuse, and on top of that, I want draw sources for the cards I used. In that sense, this card is the ideal card for Chain Burn.
A card that allows you to see various possibilities. After all, the true value will be to be able to collect his Spell/Trap. This card itself can't be returned due to restrictions, but since it can be stacked 3 times, it shouldn't be a problem.
As with the urn version, you can reduce the number of decks by returning extra monsters. In the case of this card, only one card can be drawn, and the compression force after returning it to the Deck is small, so it's probably a better thing to remember than the original Greedy.
