The new Herald is a Synchro Monster. Well, at the time of Shuko, I thought that Synchronization might come...
(1) Limited Macros, (2) Herald-like all-purpose negate, and (3) Ritual Support, all of which are excellent effects.
(1) is not compatible with (2) and (3) described later, but it's not bad as a dimension card that comes out of an extra, and the specs are high just by blocking the opponent's GY Fertilizer and Veiler.
(2) is also excellent because it has a high binding power as a negate that can be released from an extra, and can restrict actions even with low status.
And above all, (3). 《Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands》is possible regardless of where it is sent to his GY and the cost.
Even in the Mange Unlimited era, Nekroz dropped it with a kaleidoscope to create a unicorn, and Nyaruko's search ability was enough to try to reuse it.
