For Nekroz, who can drop ex with kaleidoscope, level 4 with rainbow light is a godsend. He is very useful as a lubricant for Nekroz as he can be put into play while performing Ritual Search.
The hand trigger effect is salvage. With plenty of good hand triggers, Nekroz should have plenty of targets.
When it comes into play, the effect is EX-only 《Skill Drain》. His Ritual-oriented Nekroz has little impact, and his EX-dependent deck can be strongly bound.
It's easy to cast and has a strong meta effect, so you can consider him to be the core of the deck, but as a weakness common to his Nekroz in other EX metas, it's useless against monsters that don't come out from EX. points. Even with his deck, which is mainly ex deck, it is quite possible that he will break through from resurrection, so I would like to have a thick back.
