It is a monster that plays a corner of the two major search cards in Pure Galaxy.
The first effect is to raise your own level to 8, which satisfies the conditions of Galaxy Expedition and allows you to get a Rank 8 Xyz as it is.
The second effect is a search effect that releases itself to add a card named Galaxy to your hand. You might think it's just monsters, but he's a versatile searcher who can also choose spells and traps.
Since it is originally level 4, it is compatible with Accellight, so with Accellight, he can use Accellight from Deck to SS → Search effect, and with any card in his hand, he and Accellight can be pseudo-search cards ( I think it will go like this)
