It's the old Judgment. It has nothing to do with dragoon stuff.
If you have 《The Sanctuary in the Sky》on the field, you can choose to discard the LIGHT monsters in your hand to either send the cards in your opponent's field to his GY or Peeping Hands.
In the past, it was thought that 《Raigeki Break》would give way to general-purpose cards such as 《Raigeki Break》due to the instability and lack of destruction resistance and target resistance that require 《The Sanctuary in the Sky》. A card that I want to review its value little by little.
In addition to surpassing 《Raigeki Break》etc. in that the number of monsters with destruction resistance and target resistance is increasing, Peeping Hands is an overwhelming advantage here. It had enough effect that it could not be used without Sanctuary.
