Since Pendulum Scale is 6, it does not mesh with DD. Therefore, basically the monster Pendulum effect is almost meaningless at present, so basically the monster effect will be used mainly. Monster effects cannot be used unless Pendulum Scale is already set, there is a DD monster on the field, and Continuous Spell is placed in GY, so inevitably the monster effect will be effective only after the middle stage of the game. The current situation is that there is no way to use it. Overall, 1800 RBI is valuable for a DD with a low RBI, but there is no reason to put it in for 1800 RBI, so a powerful card with synergy with this card will appear in the future.
