★ 8 new options. 《Heartland Laco》is a basic ★8, but it also has other attractive bonus effects that match its rank.
It says that (2) can also be removed when direct. I'm worried about the fact that it's limited to face-up monsters and the narrow range, but if you think that you can remove it while attacking, it shouldn't be a loss.
(3) is a simple negation that removes the X material and does not cause destruction. Since it reacts to most effects, it is an annoying existence for the opponent, but sometimes it's best to negate even your own effects indiscriminately. Since there is a limit of once per turn, once you can negate the opponent's effect, you won't have to worry about it going off that turn.
★ 8 seems to be worth it just because it is a direct attacker, but thanks to (3), it seems that it is a card that is quite difficult to master.
