As for the design, it would probably be something to put out this first and prepare for Perdek and Suko, but...
The gimmick of adding Level 4 Synchro to either of his Decks is formidable.
In addition, on the other hand, I rarely see rituals on decks that are easy to synchronize at level 4, so this effect is quite lacking.
The effect of (1) is suitable for staying, but it is incompatible with the effect of (2).
If you look at each side, they are strong, but I feel that the meshing is hopelessly bad...
In reality, Gerudokura and his Nekroz can be knocked down directly from the EX Deck to GY. Especially his compatibility with Nekroz is excellent at the level you know.
