This is where the dreaded Monarch comes into play.
The destruction effect itself is no different from the original Zabolg, but it has the terrifying ability to send an extra deck equal to the number of levels and ranks to her GY when destroying a LIGHT monster.
Her own Extra Deck is also sent to her GY to apply to each other, but it can also be used as her GY fertilizer.
Unlike just his deck destruction, extra deck destruction is so powerful that the tactic itself may collapse. If you choose yourself, you can destroy 8 cards, so you can shave about half of your extra deck.
However, if he uses it normally, each owner chooses which card to send to GY, so after all he wants to release a LIGHT monster and he can choose any card by Tribute Summon.
With Photon Sanctuary, you can get all the release personnel with just one album, and because they are his LIGHT, they are a perfect match.
It will be easier to use than other top-level Monarchs.
