I didn't expect it to be OCG, but it came out as an easy-to-use card.
Since it is a Dragon, it can be summoned using the Dragon's Mirror.
The first effect doesn't have a high increase value of 100 per card, but his original ATK is fairly high, so it's just a bonus. However, if he can be summoned at the end of the game, he may be able to raise his ATK at once, so it may not be foolish.
The second effect is that when destroyed, he can Special Summon his Spellcaster in GY. There aren't many cards with higher ATK than this card, but Black Magician himself also has a reasonable ATK, so it is possible to block subsequent attacks. Also, it's attractive that it doesn't become empty when you eat a torrent funeral. It's possible to destroy it during the Battle Phase with an appropriate removal, so it might be worth remembering.
Also, since there is no specification for his Dragon material, it is also an advantage to be able to use Super Fusion as a countermeasure against the Dragon Deck.
Overall, it's not an exceptionally powerful effect, but it's easy to use and has high versatility, so if you're using Black Magician, you can use it well. The effect is quite different from the same fusion type Black Paladin, so it might be a good idea to use it according to the situation.
