When you have a "Dark Magician" monster on your field, the activation conditions are somewhat limited, but the ability to branch and fuse multiple Fusion Monsters with this single card is powerful. Bramaghi can easily be played with 《Dark Magic Curtain》or 《Ebon Illusion Magician》, so it is quite possible to build his deck around this card. Since it can be treated as a fusion summon, it is a big plus point that it can satisfy the resurrection limit. From your opponent's point of view, you have to be wary of multiple monsters that are expected to come out from this one card, so you can push them psychologically.
It's unclear because of the ambiguity unique to the new notation of a "Dark Magician" monster, but it's likely that borrowing the name "Elemental HERO Prismer" won't satisfy the conditions. With the appearance of this card, it can be said that Bramage has finally been strengthened properly, so I would like to expect more in the future.
