Powerful enough that other superlative Monarchs pale in comparison. After all, is Monarch the strongest riser?
Although it is the highest grade, it is relatively easy to reduce with 《Simorgh, Bird of Ancestry》, 《Whirlwind Prodigy》, 《Dandylion》, 《The Monarchs Stormforth》and 《Soul Exchange》that came out at the same time.
Furthermore, I released this card with Tribute Summon and summoned 《Raiza the Mega Monarch》. While removing cards on the opponent's field with effects, you can place the Released 《Raiza the Mega Monarch》on the top of his Deck, and you can do the same thing again on the next turn. It is possible to create a semi-perpetual motion machine.
