Mr. Kite himself turned into an OCG with WP. I'm pretty sure you became a Numeron dragon too...?
As the name suggests, 《Numeral Hunter》is a card that has an overwhelming effect on Numbers. The removal method is also a powerful "Return to Extra Deck", so it's nice to be able to completely ignore the destruction resistance of monsters like 101 and remove it.
Even though the latter half of the effect has a high risk of being defeated by a lower class, it is an excellent item that has considerable resistance to Xyz. Depending on the environment, it might be worth putting it on the side.
If Gimme Pape isn't good enough, I'll be stuck with just this... but I think Fortress can deal with it. It's still annoying, though.
