It has the effect of strengthening offense and defense by 500 times the number of his Spell Trap cards.
Compared to general-purpose solidarity, which has a high level of strengthening by itself, this card's level of strengthening by itself is not very high, so it's probably thought that it's easier to earn a multiplier than the number of monsters. I guess it depends on the deck.
