I'm sure I'm not the only one who felt sick when I first saw this and thought of a centipede.
The essential card spec is that this guy is in her GY, and when he receives a direct hit, he receives an additional 1000 points of damage, and he is a level 8 machine with combat destruction resistance that can be called "at Attack Position" from GY.
Even if you find him, you're likely to die with one kill, but since most one kills are based on the premise of hitting with multiple monsters, there are many cases where you can prevent one kill just by having him.
