The wall effect can be used as it is, but even though it's already heavy, you need to put out the numbers first.
The fact that there are few excellent numbers in rank 2 is also a fatal wound, and the clouds are doubtful from this stage.
The second half of the effect is an effect that I want to use with Cure Burn, but the problem is whether Cure Burn will have a summoning gimmick for this card in the first place. Darkness 2x3 is too heavy.
If you use it, you need a dedicated deck that can win with just this card. The effect doesn't match with the chaos destination again...
