It's a completely magically remodeled monster with no anime effects. As everyone else has written, it's Armageddon Knight for the summon limited gimmick puppet. In the Gimmick Puppet Deck, the monsters you want to send to GY are all DARK, starting with Necrodor, so if you just want to send it to GY, Armageddon Knight, which also supports Special Summon, is more convenient, but the scissor arm is called "Gimmick Puppet".
