Some people underestimate it, but the Gimmick Puppet is almost a must-have monster. Until now, the only thing that had a comeback element was Giant Killer, but the effect of Heavens is activated → RUM Devils Special Summon effect is activated → All removal + Burn damage of the monster with the highest ATK for his ATK + 1 draw
It's a delicious effect for Gimmick Puppet, who has a hard time earning ads. If the conditions are right, it's possible to repeatedly revive with 《Junk Puppet》or Living Dead, but it's basically better to think of it as a one-time effect.
As for the effect in the second half... I wonder if it didn't work out a little more...
