Heaven's Strings delights. A monster that will be Gimme Pape's ace in the future, giving Hebst its existence value, which was completely a bonus effect.
There is no specified Xyz material, but Heaven's Strings is required to place the String Counter, so basically it will be used from there.
The effect is quite intense, destroying all monsters with counters + burning + drawing just by succeeding in "Special Summon". It's nice to be able to use the effect just by reviving with 《Junk Puppet》or Livide.
As for the latter effect, you don't have to worry about it except when you get a second Devist. When the first effect is used, the monsters in the opponent's field will not exist in many cases.
