A card that deploys Neos Pacian from your hand and further supports his ATK.
As for ATK up, Neos Pacian's too low ATK doesn't give any credible figures. The only exception is flared scarabs that are fully self-enhanced.
Also, since you can specify the opponent's monster, you can deploy his Neos Pacian on the opponent's field. Since the ability is low, you can use it as a sandbag. If the card you send is Glow Moth, it will lead to a draw.
It can be used as a simple deployment card, but since Neos Pacian is all low class, do you feel like using 《Double Summon》instead of this Continuous Spell card?
Don't forget that you can self-bounce Neos Pacian by bouncing this card. It's a combo card that can be used in a variety of ways, but the power of the card itself isn't that great, so it's not overconfident.
