The charisma of "negate", which boasts the best performance of Counter Trap.
The effects of 《Horn of Heaven》, 《Magic Jammer》, and 《Seven Tools of the Bandit》are all condensed into this one card, and it is a card that has created the prototype of Permission with an amazing range of defense that makes the initial cost of 4000 LP seem small. The activation chance is overwhelmingly higher than "Dark Bribe" in the Spell/Trap meta and "Solemn Warning" in the Special Summon meta, and the cost is half the remaining LP, so it doesn't spoil like "Warning".
It's really strange to think that this card, which has specs that could have been banned at any time, has never been regulated in the 10 years since its release. Does that mean that the concept of "LP" is collapsing in the current Yu-Gi-Oh?
